Hiring: International Voice Process Executive (Inbound Calling)
📍 Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for an International Inbound Voice Process. Candidates with excellent communication skills and prior experience in handling international customer calls are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from international customers in a professional manner

• Resolve customer queries effectively and provide accurate solutions

• Deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction

• Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolutions

• Update customer details and maintain accurate records in the system

• Achieve quality standards and productivity targets set by the process team

• Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and compliance standards

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English

• Minimum 12 months of experience in an International Inbound Voice Process

• Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts

• Immediate joiners are highly preferred

• Flexible to work from office

Salary Package:

• 6–11 Months Experience: ₹3.8 – ₹4.0 LPA

• 12–17 Months Experience: ₹4.0 – ₹4.25 LPA

• 18+ Months Experience: ₹4.6 – ₹4.68 LPA
