Role: Customer Support Associate (Blended Process)
Location: Bengaluru – Ecospace, Bellandur
Employment Type: Permanent
Work Schedule: 5 Days Working
Transportation: Two-Way Cab Facility

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through email, chat, and voice support channels.
Manage and process customer requests through CRM platforms and assigned queues.
Review, prioritize, and assign incoming customer cases based on issue category and urgency.
Provide timely acknowledgment and updates to customers regarding their cases.
Deliver application support by creating support tickets, performing initial troubleshooting, documenting issues, and escalating when required.
Adhere to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), productivity standards, and quality benchmarks.
Perform database searches and maintain accurate customer records.
Develop a strong understanding of products, services, and support processes.
Demonstrate empathy and professionalism while resolving customer concerns.
Collaborate with team leads and management regarding incidents, escalations, and service improvements.
Document incident notes, prepare reports, and ensure issues are resolved effectively.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Eligibility Criteria
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
