Position: Customer Support Executive (CSE)

Eligibility Criteria:
Age: 18 – 35 years
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma
or any two years ITI after 10th
Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge with good typing speed
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer requests, queries, and complaints effectively through inbound calls.
Attend only inbound calls and solve their issues.
Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Update call logs and maintain records in the system.

Shift Timings:
Should be comfortable with rotational shift
Female Candidates: (Day shift only) Any 9-hour shift In between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (including 1-hour break).
Male Candidates: Any 9-hour shift In between 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM Midnight (including 1-hour break).
