Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely assistance, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Provide accurate information about company services and processes.
Resolve customer complaints in a polite and professional manner.
Follow up with customers regarding service updates and pending requests.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Record customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective support.
Meet daily response and follow-up targets.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
