✨ Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a patient-friendly approach, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Handle patient and customer inquiries through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
Resolve complaints and service requests professionally with timely follow-ups.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Handle payments, cash transactions, and basic account-related activities as required.
Ensure patient confidentiality and follow data protection guidelines.
Support counter sales, promotional activities, and outreach events when required.
🎯 Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

🎓 Eligibility
1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Healthcare experience is an added advantage.
