About the Role

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with 2–6 years of experience in customer support and sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to understand client requirements, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with legal service inquiries.

• Provide accurate information about the firm's legal services and consultation process.

• Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed consultations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.

• Coordinate with advocates and internal teams to ensure seamless client support.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM or internal database.

• Achieve monthly sales and client conversion targets.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions and sales performance.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the client journey.

Required Skills

• 2–6 years of experience in Customer Support, Client Relationship Management, or Sales.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.

• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.

• Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Experience in legal services, banking, insurance, healthcare, or service-based industries will be an added advantage.
