Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and accurate responses.
Coordinate support between engineers and customers for service calls or on-site visits.
Record attendance and track updates of service calls and related activities.
Maintain and regularly update service-related data and records.
Arrange travel and accommodation for team members as required.
Share product pricing with customers, process orders, and coordinate product dispatch.
Required Skills:
Experience in customer service or service coordination is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Email
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent organizational skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
