Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about projects, products, and services.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
Coordinate with the sales and management teams for customer-related queries.
Maintain customer records and update follow-up details.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with customers for appointments.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
Support the sales team in lead management and customer conversion.
Achieve assigned customer support and follow-up targets.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Sales Support, or a related field.
Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Odia.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to handle customers professionally.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Candidates with real estate experience will be preferred.
