What You'll Do
Client Communication & Broadcast
Send vehicle information and updates to clients via bulk broadcast messaging platforms in a timely and accurate manner
Monitor responses received from broadcast messages, understand client intent, and provide appropriate replies and resolutions over chat
Inbound Call & Chat Support
Handle incoming client calls, understand their enquiry, and provide accurate information based on available product details
Manage chat support across all platforms - resolve queries independently at your level and escalate cases to the concerned executive when required
Lead & CRM Management
Log every inbound lead and client interaction accurately in the CRM system
Ensure no lead or follow-up is missed; maintain a clean and up-to-date record of all interactions
Offer & Partner Coordination
Communicate relevant pricing and offer information from clients/dealers to the appropriate partner showrooms in a clear and professional manner
Data & Record Maintenance
Maintain all client data, responses, and records accurately in Excel and organized folder structures, strictly following defined processes
Source required response information from internal reference documents and ensure records are updated in real time
What We're Looking For
Clear, confident communicator - both in professional and conversational tone; knows when to switch between the two
Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi (spoken and written); basic English reading and writing proficiency
Comfortable working on a computer for the majority of the workday - this is a tech-dependent role
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets - data entry, basic formatting, and file management
Familiar with or quick to learn tools like WhatsApp Business, CRM platforms, and messaging/broadcast tools
Detail-oriented - accurate data entry and record maintenance are a core part of this job, not an afterthought
Responsive and organized - able to handle multiple open conversations simultaneously without things slipping
Proactive and responsible - does not wait to be reminded; follows up, logs on time, and flags issues early
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (IT Diploma or BCA preferred, not required)
0–2 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, back-office operations, or a similar role
Strong typing speed and accuracy in Gujarati, Hindi and English
Prior experience with CRM tools or WhatsApp Business is an advantage
