JSP Automotive Pvt. Ltd. (JSP Brakes) is hiring a Sales & Customer Support Executive (Female). Freshers are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
Follow up with customers and assist them with product-related queries.
Share product details, quotations, and pricing.
Convert customer enquiries into confirmed orders.
Coordinate with the office team for smooth order processing.
Maintain customer records and daily reports.

Requirements

Female candidate.
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Details

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Work Location: Office-based
