Jhanil Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth post-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate product/service information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the company database.
• Coordinate with sales, logistics, and technical teams for issue resolution.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
• Maintain customer records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments when necessary.
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, tele-calling, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email handling).
• Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
