Roles & Responsibilities:

• Customers ke incoming calls, chats ya emails handle karna

• Customer queries, complaints aur requests ka proper aur timely solution dena

• Company ke products aur services ke baare mein clear aur accurate information provide karna

• Customer satisfaction aur service quality maintain karna

• Required details aur daily work ka basic documentation maintain karna

• Team Leader aur seniors ke saath coordination

• Company policies aur process guidelines follow karna

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Freshers aur Experienced candidates – dono apply kar sakte hain

• Hindi communication achhi honi chahiye (Basic English ek plus point hoga)

• Customer handling aur office-based job ke liye ready hona

Skills Required:

• Strong communication aur listening skills

• Problem-solving ability

• Professional behaviour aur discipline

• Team ke saath kaam karne ki ability

Working Hours & Shift Details:

• 8–9 hours working shift

• Weekly off (company policy ke according)
