Customers ko email, call aur face-to-face professional assistance dena
Complaints aur issues ko politely aur efficiently resolve karna
Reservation systems aur airline/travel software ka use karna
International aur domestic travel policies follow karna
Safety, security aur company SOPs ka strictly follow karna
Good communication skills (English & Hindi; extra languages a plus)

12th pass / Graduate (Travel & Tourism ya Aviation course preferred)
