Job Summary:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Proficient in using computers and customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.).
