Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.

• Assist customers with prepaid and postpaid service-related questions, requests, and concerns.

• Understand customer issues carefully and identify the most suitable solution.

• Guide customers through basic troubleshooting procedures to resolve service-related problems.

• Explain service features, procedures, and relevant information in a clear and understandable manner.

• Investigate customer concerns and provide step-by-step assistance wherever required.

• Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service quality.

• Handle customer complaints patiently and professionally.

• Record customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions accurately in the system.

• Update customer information and maintain proper documentation.

• Follow up on pending queries and ensure they are addressed within the expected timelines.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or technical support team.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of customer concerns.

• Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, and customer service guidelines.

• Maintain confidentiality while handling customer information.

• Meet established service quality and process compliance standards.

• Participate in training sessions to understand service procedures, systems, and troubleshooting guidelines.

Eligibility

• Qualification: 12th pass and above.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Work Schedule: Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.

• Work Environment: Customer support / BPO process.
