We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an excellent service experience across phone, email, chat, or other support channels.
Minimum 6 months–2 years of experience in customer support (preferred).
Strong communication skills in English.
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Graduate/Undergraduate from any stream.
