The Management Trainee - Inside Sales / Pre-Sales Specialist is an individual contributor, entry-level role focused on learning and executing inbound/outbound tele-engagement initiatives. This position is responsible for enhancing customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention by supporting the organization's sales and customer service efforts. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in the key functions of Pre-Sales and Inside Sales.
As a Management Trainee, you will learn to and eventually execute the following tasks under guidance:
Telesales/Telemarketing Activities: Learn and perform telesales/telemarketing activities based on established strategies and guidelines to effectively engage customers.
Customer Interactions: Engage with customers via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to provide product information, gather initial feedback, and address basic inquiries.
Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and adherence to data privacy regulations.
Lead Nurturing Support: Assist lead generation and lead nurturing efforts by following up with potential customers and providing relevant introductory information.
Customer Feedback: Collect and accurately document customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions, forwarding them to the appropriate senior staff or departments for resolution.
Training and Development: Actively participate in all assigned training sessions and workshops to rapidly enhance telesales/telemarketing skills and comprehensive product knowledge.
Technology Utilization: Learn to effectively utilize telesales/telemarketing software and telecalling tools to manage customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
Reporting: Assist in preparing regular reports on telesales/telemarketing activities, including initial call logs, activity rates, and summaries of customer interactions.
Compliance: Ensure that all activities adhere to relevant regulations, including data privacy and telemarketing guidelines.
