Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide high-quality support to customers through voice, email, and chat channels. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, able to resolve queries efficiently, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities-Voice process
Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional support.
Understand company products/services and provide accurate information to customers.
Meet individual and team KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
