We are looking for talented professionals to join our team for an International Voice Process (Banking Domain).

Job Details:

Experience: 1+ year (International Voice preferred)
Salary: Up to 5.6 LPA
Shift: UK Shift
Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for banking clients
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
Maintain high-quality customer service standards
Ensure compliance with banking processes and guidelines

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English
Prior experience in international voice process preferred
Ability to work in UK shifts
