Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

• Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

• Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze customer concerns and develop appropriate solutions.

• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in handling diverse customer needs and changing situations.

• Manage and resolve conflicts with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Maximum of 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

• Proven critical thinking skills to assess situations and make informed decisions.

• Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Candidate should have full proficiency in regional language, English basic proficiency and Hindi basic proficiency.
