Location: CHENNAI, KOVILAMBAKKAM

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary

Freshers: ₹3.15 LPA

Experienced: Up to ₹4.25 LPA

Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Walmart International Blended Process. If you have excellent English communication skills and are looking to build your career in an international BPO environment, this is an excellent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer interactions through Voice & Non-Voice (Blended) channels.

Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Achieve quality, productivity, and performance targets.

Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate (any discipline).

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Job Details

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs
