BPO Hiring – Voice Process (Inbound & Outbound) | Malad, Mumbai
We are hiring for multiple openings in leading Domestic & International BPO voice processes across BFSI, Retail, and Customer Support domains.
Location: Malad, Mumbai (Work From Office)
Job Role
Customer Support Executive / Voice Process Executive / BPO Associate
Process Types Available
• Inbound Customer Service Process
• Outbound Sales / Lead Generation Process
• Retention & Customer Support Process
• Banking & Financial Services Support Process
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate support
• Explain products/services based on customer needs
• Maintain service quality and process compliance
• Work towards performance-based targets (where applicable)
Eligibility Criteria
• HSC / Graduate / Graduate Fresher (process-based eligibility)
• Minimum 6 months calling experience preferred for select processes
• Freshers can apply for entry-level roles
• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
• Regional language skills required for specific roles (Tamil / Kannada / Bengali / Telugu)
• Comfortable working in a voice process environment
Work Details
• Shift: Day / Rotational shifts (process dependent)
• Week Off: Rotational or fixed Sunday (as per process)
• Work Mode: Work From Office (Mumbai)
• Working Days: As per process requirement
Salary Package
- CTC Range: ₹18,000 to ₹40,000 per month (based on process & experience)
- In-hand: ₹14,000 to ₹35,000 approx
- Incentives: Available for performance-based roles
