Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Associates (CSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to handle customer interactions effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduates: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Undergraduates: Minimum 6 months of calling/customer service experience is mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions.
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Record customer interactions and update relevant systems.
Follow company policies and quality standards during customer interactions.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work from the office location in Bhopal.
Preferred
Immediate joiners.
Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, BPO, or customer support roles.
