JOB ROLE: CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Location: Moti Daman
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for LeganApp to handle client queries, onboarding, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
Handle customer queries (WhatsApp, calls, email)
Assist with onboarding and platform usage
Resolve issues related to recharge, referrals, accounts
Escalate technical issues when needed
Maintain tickets and follow up for closure
Coordinate with tech, sales, and accounts teams
Requirements
1–2 years in customer support / client servicing
Good communication (English & Hindi)
Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools
Able to handle multiple queries efficiently
Basic understanding of apps / SaaS platforms
Good to Have
B2B support experience
Knowledge of payments, GST, or recharge systems
