Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our automobile customer support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, service requests, and product-related support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats regarding automobile products and services.
Provide accurate information about vehicle features, service schedules, warranties, and dealership offerings.
Assist customers with booking test drives, service appointments, and resolving basic technical queries.
Coordinate with service centers, sales teams, and technical staff to address customer concerns.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems with interaction details.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or technical teams when necessary.
