Customer Support Executive

Location: Airoli & Saki Naka

Process: Medical Billing-Blended Process (60% Voice & 40% back office)

Job Descriptions: Need to handle medical billing Insurance related queries via calls and Backoffice.

Communication: Average to Good communication skills are needed.

Qualification: HSC Fresher/Graduate Fresher’s/3 Years of Diploma can apply.

Shift Timing:

•6.00 PM to 3.00 AM

•8:00 PM TO 5:00 AM

•10.00 PM to 7.00 AM

Training Shift Timing (Approximately 45 Days):

•6.00 AM to 3.00 PM

•1.00 PM to 10.00 PM

One Side Home Pickup or Drop would be available as per the shifts.

Week offs: Saturday and Sunday fixed offs.

Rounds of Interviews: Hr, Voice & Accent, and Operation Rounds.

Age Criteria: up to 42 years.

Transport Boundaries for Airoli Site:

•Kalyan to Ghatkopar

•Thane to Panvel

•Panvel to Wadala

Transport Boundaries for Saki Naka Site:

•Vasai to Churchgate

•Mankhurd to CST

•Thane to CST

For Boys, there are no boundaries he should be comfortable traveling from any location.

For Girls , it is mandated to be within the boundaries.

1.Designation: Ar Trainee (Male or Female Candidates)

Job Description & Eligibility: HSC Fresher/Graduate Fresher’s/3 Years of Diploma can apply.

Salary for AR Trainee:

•The first 3 months it will be 10,700 inhand

•After 3 months, it will be 13,200 inhand.

•After 6 months, it will 15,000 inhand.

Incentives: Performance Based incentives up to 5,000 Rupees.

2.Designation: AR-Associate (Male or Female Candidates)

Job Description & Eligibility Criteria: HSC/ Graduate with Minimum 2 to 6 months of Non BPO or any Domestic BPO Experience. (Offer letter & Salary Slips are required)

Salary for AR Associate:

HSC or Graduate, Non BPO 1 or above months Experience -15,000 in-hand.

HSC or Graduate, any BPO only Offer letter inhand- 15,000 in-hand.

HSC or Graduate, BPO 1 or above months Experience -15,000 to 17,000 in-hand.

HSC or Graduate, BPO 8 or above months Experience -17,000 to 19,000 in-hand.

Incentives: Performance Based incentives up to 5,000 Rupees.

3.Designation: Sr.AR-Associate (Only Female Candidates)

Job Description & Eligibility Criteria: HSC/ Graduate with Minimum 6 Months of any International BPO Experience. (Offer letter & Salary Slips are required)

Salary for Sr. AR Associate: HSC or Graduate 6 months International Voice or Blended Experience-up to 25,000 in-hand.

Incentives: Performance Based incentives up to 5,000 Rupees.

4.Designation: Sr.AR Domain Profile

Job Description & Eligibility Criteria: HSC/ Graduate with Minimum 6 Months of any AR Medical Billing-Provider Side Experience. (Offer letter & Salary Slips are required).

Salary for Sr. AR Domain: HSC or Graduate 6 months to 1 year of AR Calling-Provider Side Voice Experience-up to 33,000 in-hand.

Incentives: No Incentives for Sr.AR Domain candidates
