We are hiring Customer Support Executives for the Axis Bank process for our Client in Bangalore. The role involves handling inbound/outbound customer interactions, resolving banking-related queries, and driving product awareness and sales through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to banking products and services
Assist customers with account-related, card-related, and service requests
Provide accurate information about banking products such as credit cards, loans, and other financial services
Identify sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell banking products
Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs)
Ensure compliance with company and banking regulations
