📝 Job Role:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Tamil Telecallers for handling inbound calls related to the TNEB process. Candidates will be responsible for addressing customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from customers professionally
Respond to TNEB-related queries and service requests
Provide clear and accurate information in Tamil
Maintain call records and update system details
Follow company communication and compliance guidelines

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Arts & Science / Engineering (Degree Mandatory)
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Strong Tamil communication skills (mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge
Willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational week off

💰 Salary Details:

CTC: ₹20,000 per month
Take Home: ₹17,300 per month
