URGENT HIRING – Customer Support Executive (Female) 🚨

Location: Sangli
Position: Customer Support Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Gender: Female Candidates Only
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide prompt and professional support to customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information accurately.
- Process customer orders, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Prepare reports and maintain documentation as required.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
