कस्टमर सपोर्ट एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, providing information about financial/loan services, and assisting them throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle customer calls and respond to customer queries professionally.

• Explain loan and financial services such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, etc.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

• Assist customers with the loan application process and required documentation.

• Follow up with customers regarding their applications and requirements.

• Maintain proper customer records and update call details.

• Coordinate with the internal team regarding customer queries and application status.

• Build positive relationships with customers and ensure good customer service.

• Achieve assigned daily/monthly performance targets.

Requirements :

• Qualification: Intermediate / Diploma / Any Degree.

• Freshers are welcome; relevant experience is an advantage.

• Good communication skills in English and Telugu.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to communicate confidently with customers.

• Candidates should be willing to work from office.

Salary & Benefits :

Freshers: ₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month

Experienced: Salary based on experience and previous salary.

Incentives available based on performance.

Training will be provided.
