Location: Chandivali, Andheri East, Mumbai (Boomerang)
Experience: Fresher / 1+ year of industry experience
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week-offs

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Process Associate to support day-to-day operations, data management, and process-related activities. The ideal candidate should have basic Excel knowledge, good communication skills, and strong analytical abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day activities for a blended process.
Perform data churning, validation, and basic analysis.
Maintain and update data accurately using MS Excel.
Analyze information and identify discrepancies or trends.
Follow defined processes, quality standards, and timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process execution.
Maintain accuracy and productivity as per business requirements.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers or candidates with minimum 1 year of industry experience can apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good attention to detail and ability to work with data.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
