Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform document verification as per company guidelines.

• If documents are blurred or unclear, call customers and request them to share proper documents.

• Make outbound calls to customers for verification and support.

• Data will be provided by the company.

• Generate and manage 85 leads per day with a target of 35 successful conversions.

• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure a positive experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 18 to 31 years

• Education: Minimum 10+2 / Diploma or above

• Languages: Malayalam & Hindi (Mandatory)

• Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply

• Must have own Laptop and Wi-Fi/Broadband Connection (45 Mbps or above)

• Training will be provided online, and training salary will be paid once certified.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday

• Sunday Fixed Week Off

• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1 Hour Break)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Take Home Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹13,000 per month

• Benefits: PF & ESI
