Role: Customer Support – Legal Queries
Work Mode: ⭐ Permanent Work From Home (Remote)
We are looking for dedicated and responsible Customer Support Executives to manage legal-related customer queries while ensuring SLA compliance and high-quality customer experience.
Handle and resolve customer legal queries professionally.
Adhere strictly to SLA (Service Level Agreement) guidelines.
Provide accurate, clear, and timely information to customers.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the concerned teams.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Training Duration: 7–10 days
Training Stipend:
First 7 days: Unpaid
Extended training (after 1 week): Paid
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹13,000 per month
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
