📌 Role Overview

We are hiring professionals for an international backend BFSI setup involving capital markets, wealth management, trading operations, clearing & settlement, taxation, asset servicing, and corporate actions. The role requires strong financial knowledge, market understanding, compliance awareness, and process discipline.

🧠 Key Skills (Any Relevant)

• Capital markets, equities, ETFs, mutual funds & crypto knowledge

• Trade lifecycle, clearing & settlement (T+1/T+2)

• Corporate actions, asset servicing & reconciliations

• Taxation (GST, TDS/TCS, Income Tax basics)

• Trading platforms / OMS / EMS support

• Advanced Excel & MIS reporting

• Market research & documentation

• NISM certification (preferred, not mandatory)

• Strong communication & coordination skills

📝 Key Responsibilities (Role-based)

• Market analysis, trade processing & reconciliations

• Handling settlements, corporate actions & entitlements

• Supporting investment advisory & wealth operations

• Ensuring regulatory & NISM compliance

• Maintaining audit-ready MIS & reports

• Coordination with brokers, custodians, exchanges & internal teams
