Customer Support Associate — Call Centre
Location: Gurgaon sec 63
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 CTC
Employment Type: Full-time, 6 days/week (Day shift). Week off: Rotational.
Shuttle: Office-to-metro shuttle service available, both side cab facility.

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Sales Associate to join our call centre team supporting clinic and wellness services. You will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, recommend suitable treatments and packages, convert inquiries into appointments and sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, follow-ups, and up-sales.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate treatments, packages, and offers.

• Convert leads into appointments and closed sales while meeting daily and monthly targets.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM or booking systems.

• Coordinate with clinic/operations teams for appointment scheduling and closures.

• Resolve customer queries and objections professionally to maintain high satisfaction and retention.

Who we’re looking for

• Graduate (UG) with 1 years of experience in sales or customer service.

• Preferred experience in beauty, wellness, clinics, hair science, healthcare, or related services.

• Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

• Comfortable in a target-driven environment with good interpersonal and convincing skills.

• Customer-focused, punctual, and a team player.
