Role Overview
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused professionals for the position of Customer Care Executive with a leading BPO/call center. The role involves managing incoming customer calls, addressing queries, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Provide clear, accurate information about products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and escalate complex cases as per defined protocols.
- Record and update customer interactions and case details in the CRM system.
- Meet performance targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and positive customer experience on every interaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduate degree in any discipline preferred.
- Experience: 0–5 years in BPO, customer service, or voice process (freshers are eligible).
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
