Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Location: Gurgaon
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: Rotational (6 days working)
Salary Range: ₹17,000 – ₹26,000 CTC (Based on interview & communication skills)

Job Overview

We are hiring dynamic and customer-oriented professionals for our Customer Care process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Understand customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.

• Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.

• Record customer interactions, issues, and feedback correctly in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly.

• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets (quality, productivity, etc.).

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

• Basic understanding of the other language (Hindi or English) for internal communication.

• Good listening skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.

• Ability to handle pressure, difficult customers, and multitask.

Qualification & Experience

• Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream).

• Experience: 0–6 years in customer service or BPO voice process (freshers can apply).
