Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage client interactions and backend coordination in our jewellery operations. The candidate will handle customer queries, support order processing, and ensure a smooth experience from enquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email in a professional manner
Provide accurate information about gold, diamond, and other jewellery products
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and follow-ups
Coordinate with the showroom, sales, and backend teams for order updates
Maintain customer database and update records in ERP/software
Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate when required
Support billing coordination and dispatch processes
Ensure timely communication and high customer satisfaction
Skills & Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in customer support/retail/jewellery industry preferred
Basic knowledge of jewellery (gold/diamond) is an advantage
Strong communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Female candidates preferred
Experience in a jewellery showroom or backend operations
Customer handling experience in retail or e-commerce
Work Timings:
10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
