Job Summary:
The CRS Executive (Backend) is responsible for handling customer service operations from the backend, ensuring accurate data management, timely processing of requests, and coordination with internal teams to deliver excellent customer support without direct front-end interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle and process customer requests, orders, and service-related queries through internal systems
Maintain and update customer records, order details, and transaction data accurately
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and production teams for order status and issue resolution
Monitor order processing, dispatch, and delivery updates
Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and service tickets
Prepare reports on customer service activities, pending requests, and resolutions
Verify documents, invoices, and order details for accuracy
Support CRM system updates and data management
Maintain the confidentiality of customer and company data
