Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive / Telecaller who can communicate with clients, explain our legal services, answer basic queries, and schedule consultations with our legal team. The candidate should have good communication skills and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Call potential clients and respond to incoming inquiries.

• Explain the firm's legal services in a clear and professional manner.

• Follow up with leads and existing clients.

• Schedule appointments and consultations for the legal team.

• Collect basic client information and maintain records.

• Answer customer questions and direct complex legal queries to the concerned team.

• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding appointments and documentation.

• Ensure a positive client experience through courteous and professional communication.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Telugu.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.

• Confidence in handling phone calls and customer interactions.

• Good listening and follow-up skills.
