Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries regarding DTDC courier/delivery services
Update CRM with call details and resolution status
Follow escalation protocols for unresolved issues
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
✅ Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
Good communication skills - English + Hindi or English + Tamil Or English + Telugu
Experience in BPO/Voice Process preferred
Basic computer knowledge
Calm and professional attitude on calls
