About the role:

We are looking for an experienced client associate who can effectively communicate with customers, calmly explain the packages, and handle inquiries and complaints in a nuanced and composed manner. 

Responsibilities

• Communicate and negotiate effectively with customers and develop strong relationships with travellers

• Keep track of inquiries and conversions

• Maintain a record of bookings, refunds, transportation, and others

• Work with operation and marketing teams to ensure clear and smooth travel plans

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of proven experience as a client associate/sales executive/customer service or similar role

• Have a knack for selling and is excellent at communication

• Proficient in Tamil and English

• Ability to interact and negotiate with customers effectively

• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team in terms of payments, refunds, and any complaints to ensure a smooth travel experience

• Bonus: Good knowledge of travel destinations
