Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an inbound voice process. Candidates will handle customer calls, understand and resolve queries, provide accurate information, process customer requests, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer queries and complaints.
Maintain records of customer interactions.
Process customer forms and service requests.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
Follow company procedures and service guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation (10+2+3) is mandatory; provisional documents are accepted.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
Age: 18–30 years.
Good English communication and Hindi are mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Good communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills are preferred.
Additional Information
Two-way cab transportation or ₹2,000 transport allowance, as per company policy.
Candidates pursuing higher education and B.Pharmacy students are not eligible.
