Voice Process – Customer Support Executive (Axis Bank)
Job Description:
Handle inbound customer calls and assist customers with their banking-related queries.
Understand customer issues and provide accurate and timely solutions.
Maintain good communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues effectively.
Cross-sell banking products/services based on customer requirements.
Maintain quality and productivity standards.
Eligibility:
Graduation is mandatory.
Freshers and candidates with 6–12 months experience can apply.
Good English & Hindi communication is required.
Regional language is an added advantage.
Candidates with good communication and customer-handling skills preferred.
Salary:
Freshers: CTC ₹16,200 | Take-home ₹15,700 (NATS)
Experienced: CTC ₹23,000 | Take-home ₹17,500
Work Details:
6 working days
1 rotational week off
Two-way cab facility as per company policy OR 2000 transport allowance.
Location: Mindspace, Building no. 17, pocharam, Hyderabad- 500088.
