Job Title: Customer Support Executive(Semi Voice process)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Salary: 18,000 to 23,000 (In Hand)
Qualification: 12th or above
Languages: Good Communication in English and Hindi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for Semi Voice Process to join our team in HSR Layou, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, orders, billing, and complaints.

Log all customer interactions accurately in the system.
