Email Support Executive – Voice Process

Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Freshers / 1–2 Years

Shift Timings

• 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to customer queries through email.

• Ensure timely responses within defined SLA timelines.

• Accurately update customer interactions and case details in the CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.

• Maintain quality, accuracy, and confidentiality.

• Follow company policies, processes, and quality guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent written English communication skills.

• Typing speed of 30–40 WPM.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM is preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary – Take Home

• Freshers: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month + Incentives

• 1–2 Years Experience: ₹27,000 – ₹32,000 per month + Incentives
