Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our BPO team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries and issues. You will provide excellent service, maintain professionalism, and follow company policies to deliver a positive customer experience.
