Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via call, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.

Provide product and service information to customers.

Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups.

Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel data.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and service support.

Resolve basic customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.

Achieve assigned sales and support targets.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & basic English).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling).

Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality.

Willingness to learn and grow in sales and customer service.

Eligibility

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
