We are looking for a dedicated and organized Customer Support & Service Coordinator to join our Service Operation team. This role is the heartbeat of our customer experience, ensuring that every interaction—from the first call to regular maintenance—is handled with care and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Communication: Attend incoming customer calls to address queries and proactively call customers to gather feedback (Happy Calls) and NPS data.
Installation Scheduling: Coordinate with the Sales Team to schedule new product installations based on technician availability and customer preference.
Maintenance Planning: Create and assign schedules for "Heart Service" (periodic filter changes and inspections) to ensure a 100% visit rate.
Technician Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for Field Technicians, assigning tasks based on their location and daily capacity.
Data Management: Accurately register service completion data into our ERP/App system and maintain up-to-date customer history.
Job Specifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma.
Experience: 0–3 years in Customer Support, Service Admin, or Call Center roles (Freshers welcome).
Language Skills: Fluency in English, Hindi & Marathi is essential to communicate with our diverse customer base.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and a quick ability to learn service software.
Qualities: A strong service mindset, calm problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
