About the Role

ColourDrive Home Solutions is hiring a Customer Support Executive (CRM Operations) to manage customer communication and CRM operations for our Home Painting, Interior Design, Home Improvement, and Construction Services.

This is a full-time office role where you'll be responsible for handling customer enquiries, maintaining CRM records, coordinating with field teams and vendors, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle new customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat.

• Manage customer communication from enquiry to project completion.

• Maintain and update customer details, follow-ups, quotations, and project status in the CRM.

• Coordinate with customers, field executives, painters, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

• Schedule site inspections, customer follow-ups, quotations, and project updates.

• Resolve customer queries and provide timely support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare daily reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Support day-to-day office administration and CRM operations.

• Maintain professional communication and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Additional Learning Opportunity

Along with CRM operations, you'll gain exposure to basic digital business activities such as scheduling social media posts, replying to customer comments and messages, and maintaining business social media pages. Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Customer Support, CRM, Back Office, Customer Service, Telecalling, or Office Administration can also apply.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory. Candidates should be comfortable with fast typing, professional email writing, WhatsApp Web, online chat support, internet browsing, MS Office, MS Excel, and CRM software.

• Good organizational, coordination, and time management skills.

• Positive attitude, customer-first approach, and willingness to learn.
